The Career Path and Success of Daniel Taub, a Former Diplomat
Daniel Taub is a competent writer, international lawyer, and an Israel ambassador. Taub was born in 1962 and served as an Israel ambassador to the United Kingdom between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, he serves as the director of strategy and planning at Yad Hanadiv Foundation.
Early in his life, Daniel lived in the United Kingdom and attended Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys’ Secondary School in Elstree, Hertfordshire. He later studied at the Harvard University, University College, Oxford, and University College, London. In 1989, Daniel Taub moved to Israel where he served as a medic combat in Israel Defense Forces.
Taub served President Chaim Herzog as a speechwriter. In 1991 he decided to join the foreign ministry of Israel. Taub was a legal adviser to Israel’s United Nations missions in Geneva and New York. He also represented in several multilateral forums.
Daniel Taub was critically involved in the peace negotiations between Israel and Palestine. He also participated in peace negotiations between Israel and Syria. Besides, Taub represented the observer delegations of Israel at the International Court of Justice in defense of Israel’s security barrier.
The court of St James appointed Daniel Taub in 2011 as its ambassador. He took this role with enthusiasm of serving his own people. Taub laid a strong emphasis on technology and trade links. Eventually, he managed to start Bizcamp start-up in close collaboration with Google. He actively contributed to the growth of business and trade.
Taub promoted intercultural outreach programs what led to the recent expansion of UK-Israel bilateral trade volume to $8 billion.

Taub also served as a chief scriptwriter and creator of a drama series in Israel. The drama sought to break all secular and religious stereotypes that were not beneficial to the Israel society.
